Dr. Williamson is a practicing orthopedic-trauma surgeon in Hampton Roads with Sentara Medical Group covering Sentara Norfolk General Hospital, Sentara Virginia Beach General Hospital and Sentara Bayside Hospital. He has been practicing orthopedics the past 27 years. Dr Williamson has experience in surgical sub specialties such as spine, sports medicine, trauma and pediatrics. He has a special interest in offering investigational treatment for those suffering serious disease processes and traumatic injuries.
Maria Williamson – Chief Operations Officer and Vice President, Marketing
Maria has 20 years of new-product development and marketing experience. She has an extensive background in marketing strategy, operations, customer solutions and activity based management. Maria is a results-driven marketing executive experienced in successfully implementing integrated marketing programs that support business strategy and deliver return-on-investment.
Ann Keffer – Vice President, Public Relations
Being part of the news media for more than 20 years and Manager of Public Relations at Sentara Healthcare has given Ann the experience and knowledge needed to be a successful public relations executive. She is adept at developing successive phases in a PR campaign including messaging and media strategy. She has also conducted interviews and media training for spokespeople that result in a company's vision conveyed in concise and powerful messages.
Julie Powers – Clinic Manager
Julie has significant experience managing clinical areas. Her knowledge of management practices brings unique skills to the patient experience. She is responsible for the smooth operation of AMRI-VA by making sure all patients receive proper education and treatment and by offering her expertise in the management of the Institution.
